The Golden Rule of Service.
	Our neighborhood East Lake Gardens (ELG) discovered that criminals stay out of areas with no litter, so we have regular clean ups because thoughtless strangers come into our community and leave their debris. We are committed to keeping our part of the world clean and send that message by our volunteer service.
	We have created art buckets (out of donated recycled paint containers) for our Litter Campaign to motivate people to place their trash in a receptacle. We find people do put litter in it when its available, so we have them around the neighborhood to remind people to stop being litter bugs. Our yards and streets are clean because everyones awareness has been raised.
