Healthy Habits is a way for Andrea Kay Smith (AKS) to share how to eat
raw & sprouted organic food and learn how
to prepare it and grow it easily. It's a belief that its just as easy
to make a good choice (eating healthfully so the body can digest and
assimilate nutrients) as it is a bad choice (processed & fried foods,
caffeine, carbonation, processed sugar, food with steroids, artifical
coloring and flavoring etc). Through food combining and education;
blood type analysis; body type analysis, eating becomes a joyful,
conscious feeding of the whole body.
